Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. A valid card will be required to put on file before booking. In the case where I have to charge a fee, if there is an invalid card on file and/or has insufficient funds you will have 1 warning before you are banned from booking online without pre-paying for your service. Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your service(s), I may not be able to accommodate you. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee MAY be applied to future services. I ask that you respect my time as I do yours. Xx, Emsthetics
